Grayscale Hand-dyed Cotton Thread
Grayscale is a hand-dyed FF size cotton thread. This thread is the ideal size for wrapping bassoon and oboe reeds. It is common to find reed threads made of nylon. Cotton thread has slight self-adhesive properties which allow for a clean turban to be wrapped. Spools contain 230 ft (70m) of thread.
