Cancellation policy:

  • All orders must be canceled prior to shipment. If an order is canceled after the product has been shipped, the buyer remains obligated to pay for the item in full. Should the buyer choose not to retain the item, they may return it to Reedcrest at the buyer's expense.

Shipping Policy:

1. Shipping Process:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Reedcrest offers USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Didn’t receive an email? Fill out the contact form promptly.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates function at a flat rate. USPS Ground Advantage is $6. USPS Priority Mail is $9. There is no additional cost for multiple items.

3. Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

4. Returns Policy:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

  • Requests for returns due to damage must be reported to us within three days of receiving the item.

  • Any items reported as damaged after the three-day period will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • To report damaged goods, please email us at reedcrestreeds@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items.

5. Lost or Missing Packages:

  • Reedcrest is not responsible for lost or missing packages once they have been shipped and tracking information has been provided.

  • If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
