Q: My reed has scrapes on the tip. Is this normal?

A: Yes, this is normal. As long as the scrapes are in an arrowhead shape that point towards the middle tip of the reed, then they are intended. This is created during the finishing prcoess.

Q: My shipment says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
