Q: My reed has scrapes on the tip. Is this normal?
A: Yes, this is normal. As long as the scrapes are in an arrowhead shape that points towards the middle tip of the reed, then they are intended. This is created during the finishing process. If what you are seeing is different, contact the owner and send pictures of the item.
Q: My shipment says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
A: I’m sorry to hear that happened. Please refer to the Policies tab to see Reedcrest’s shipping policy.
Q: The product I want is not in stock. Will it be refilled?
A: Please contact the owner using the contact form. Some thread products are limited edition and will not be replenished. If you are looking for bassoon reeds, send an email to place a pre-order. Turnaround time for pre-orders can range from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on quantity and availability.
